Welcome to the JABGA Youth Builder Website.  This is your first step toward a successful future!  On behalf of the JABGA Board of Directors and Youth Committee, I would like to thank you for your dedication and participation in the 2007 Beta Test Year.  The official start of the program begins January 1, 2008.  The following awards will be applied after each level is accomplished.

Bronze:  Jump Drive

Silver:  Jacket

Gold:  Buckle

Platinum:  Laptop, Emphasis on ABGA Scholarship

Within the four levels of recognition, or tier system, items such as helping a local goat rancher, promoting the Boer goat breed at a seminar, attending the JABGA leadership conference, receiving a scholarship and participating in a JABGA sanctioned show are just a few of the many ways to earn points.  The main areas of achievement within the avenues of inspiration are communication and promotion of breed, association activities and competition activities.  Participants are urged to register for the JABGA Youth Builder Program via the website and submit their own points accumulated toward a specific area.  Participants will be required to send a copy of the submitted information along with other supporting documents specified for individual achievements to the JABGA Youth Director for approval.  Awards are disbursed once a year.  All points must be submitted by April 15 of the given year to receive awards relevant to each level.  The association encourages each member to become involved in the JABGA Youth Builder Program as it is one step toward an open door of opportunity that awaits every young person's destiny!
